主要研究领域为天然产物利用及功能产品开发、难溶性天然产物新型增溶技术开发及应用,涉及天然产物提取、分离纯化、生物活性评价及作用机制、包埋与递送体系等方面的研究。参与多项地方政府及企业合作等科研项目;发表SCI论文20余篇,其中以第一作者在International Journal of Biological Macromolecules,Food Research International,Industrial Crops and Products,Journal of Molecular Liquids等期刊发表SCI论文10余篇;授权发明专利1项;参与完成“乌兰察布柠条相关资源活性成分研究” 科技成果一项(第五完成人),成果鉴定水平为国际领先。
